WTF is CAU VANG?
Briefly about "Cau Vang" story in Vietnamese culture
Lão Hạc had a dog named "Vàng", which his son left behind before going to work on the rubber plantation. Lão Hạc treated Vagf as a family member and called him "Cậu Vàng" because he cherished and loved him deeply. However, due to poverty and a severe illness, Lao Hac became too weak to take care of himself, let alone a dog. Wanting to keep the garden for his son, Lão Hạc had to reluctantly sell Vàng. He felt guilty and cried a lot to his neighbor, a poor intellectual and a close friend. Since then, Lão Hạc has lived in seclusion and loneliness. After giving away all of his possessions and asking his neighbor to take care of his funeral, Lão Hạc ended his life with a dog overdose. Cậu Vàng represents more than just a dog. He embodies the spirit of the Vietnamese people who have faced adversity and hardship throughout history but have always persevered. The image of Cậu Vàng has become a powerful symbol of solidarity, reminding the Vietnamese people of their past struggles and inspiring them to keep fighting for a better future.
By creating a token based on the image of Cậu Vàng, we hope to honor the resilience and perseverance of the Vietnamese people. We want the international community to recognize the sacrifices and struggles that we have endured and to see us as a resilient and thriving nation.
Furthermore, we want to bring Cậu Vàng and Lão Hạc together on the blockchain, where they can live happily forever. We believe that this token will not only serve as a tribute to the Vietnamese people but also as a symbol of hope and solidarity for all those who have faced hardship and adversity in their lives.
